Welcome to FlowPost Pro (https://flowpost.lat). These Terms of Service ("Términos de servicio de FlowPost Pro", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the FlowPost Pro social media management, scheduling, and multi-channel content publishing application and services.

1. Acceptance of FlowPost Terms

By creating an account, connecting your social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), or using the FlowPost Pro application at https://flowpost.lat, you agree to be bound by these FlowPost Pro Terms of Service and our FlowPost Pro Privacy Policy.

2. Description of FlowPost Service

FlowPost Pro provides content management and publishing tools allowing authorized creators, brands, and teams to upload, schedule, and publish video and media content directly to their connected social media accounts via official platform APIs (including TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API) using the callback URI https://flowpost.lat/api/auth/callback.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When using FlowPost Pro, you agree and warrant that:

• You own or possess all necessary intellectual property rights and permissions for all video and media content uploaded and published through FlowPost Pro.
• You will not use FlowPost Pro to distribute spam, unauthorized commercial content, malware, hate speech, or material that violates community guidelines.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your FlowPost Pro account credentials and connected social accounts.

4. Third-Party Social Platform Policies

FlowPost Pro interacts with official APIs from TikTok Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., and Google LLC. By using FlowPost Pro, you also agree to comply with each connected platform's terms:

5. Limitation of Liability

FlowPost Pro is provided "as is" and "as available". FlowPost Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party social network API outages, rate limits, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

6. Account Termination & Revocation

You may disconnect your social accounts or revoke FlowPost Pro's OAuth permissions at any time from your FlowPost Pro workspace or your social platform security settings, or request full deletion via our FlowPost Pro Data Deletion Page.
